NOTES / TOELICHTING

1. You have 14 days from the day after you receive the goods to withdraw,
   without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the
   goods back.

2. Sealed items cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, for reasons
   of hygiene. Which items are delivered sealed is stated on the product page,
   in the basket and at checkout before you pay. Unopened, they can be returned
   like anything else.

3. We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost of the
   original order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may
   wait until the goods are back with us, or until you show they have been
   sent, whichever is earlier.

4. If you chose a delivery service more expensive than our standard one, we
   refund the standard cost, not the upgrade.

5. The cost of returning the goods is yours, unless the goods are faulty or do
   not match their description. Typical return postage within the EU is USD 6
   to USD 14 depending on the country.

6. You may also withdraw by any other unambiguous statement, for example a
   plain email. Using this form is not compulsory.
